A case of gang rape of a girl who had come to her sister’s house in a village of Deoria police station area of Muzaffarpur district has come to light. At a deserted place in the village itself, two youths took turns to rape her. Then both the accused made the victim sit on the bike and left her near the door. After that the victim narrated her entire ordeal to her family members. After that the matter was informed to the police. After the complaint, the police arrested one accused, while the other is absconding.
According to the information, the victim had come to her sister’s house. She went to the village with her brother-in-law to eat Brahmabhoj. After that she started returning. Meanwhile, two youths riding a bike forced him to sit by asking him to drop him home. Then they took her to a deserted place and gang-raped her one by one. After that both of them ran away leaving the victim at the door of her house.
The victim informed her family about this. After that, on the complaint, the police started action in the case and admitted him to SKMCH for treatment. In this case, an accused Ashok Kumar Das has been arrested on the statement of the victim. Whereas, the second accused is still absconding. Police is taking further action and raids are being conducted to arrest the absconding accused.
In the whole matter, Rural SP Vidya Sagar said that information has been received about gang rape of a teenage girl in Deoria police station area. In this case, the police took action and arrested an accused. Raids are being conducted for others. Meanwhile, the victim is being treated and medically checked and further action is being taken. The police is taking this matter very seriously and is taking further action. Soon the absconding accused will be caught.
